After so much time away, to permanently reside in Lima, to see their needs and benefits, their shortcomings and opportunities, they gave me wings to try a big project for the city and two years after reviewing it and visiting it with new eyes, I accepted to be the candidate to the Mayor's Office of the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima (MML) for Popular Action.
